WebPulse Technologies · London digital product studio

Digital products should move a business forward.

WebPulse combines product strategy, user experience and development to build websites, apps and systems around customer actions and everyday operations.

Based in London and working across Greenwich, Bexley, Kent and South East England, with selected projects elsewhere in the UK.

How decisions are made

A clear objective comes before a long feature list.

Three principles keep projects focused, useful and easier to improve after launch.

01

Understand the problem

Start with the customer action, business pressure or operational task that needs to improve.

02

Build useful first

Shape the first version around a clear outcome before expanding the feature list.

03

Improve from evidence

Use analytics, behaviour and operational feedback to decide what should change next.

Why WebPulse was built

A good idea needs more than a polished screen.

Businesses should not have to choose between creative thinking and technical depth. An attractive interface is not enough when the customer journey is unclear, the tools create more admin or the product cannot support real use.

WebPulse brings strategy, design, development and growth into one joined-up process, then keeps the work focused on the people who must use it.

Software should solve a real problem and make everyday work easier for the people using it.

With a BSc in Computer Science and hands-on experience across product strategy, frontend delivery and backend systems, Thomas founded WebPulse Technologies in 2024 after repeatedly seeing good businesses held back by unclear websites, disconnected tools and products built without enough attention to real workflows.

The aim is practical: clear advice, fair scope-based pricing and digital products that clients can confidently build on.
