01 / Problem
Innervisions Alchemy offers a layered wellness experience, including sauna, cold plunge, yoga, treatment rooms, practitioner sessions, events and community-led wellbeing. The website needed to explain that range without overwhelming visitors.
The key challenge was helping people understand the space quickly and move toward the right action, whether they were exploring a session, room hire, practitioner support or a booking-related route through Momence.

The design needed to feel calm, not clinical. Visitors arriving on a wellness website are often looking for clarity, trust and atmosphere before they commit to a booking-related action.
The page structure was shaped to avoid dumping every service at once. Instead, content is broken into routes that let people understand the space in layers, from the wider philosophy through to specific rooms, services and actions.

The website recorded 2,627 visitors and 5,974 tracked page views in the analytics export reviewed by Webpulse.
The site also recorded 187 Momence booking-related clicks, showing measurable booking-intent behaviour across the customer journey. This refers to booking-related clicks, not confirmed bookings.
With 81.7% of visitors using mobile devices, the project reinforced the importance of a clear mobile-first wellness journey.
