The brief

The problem

GG Investments needed more than a static property website. The business needed a way to show property opportunities, manage listings and capture enquiries without depending on a developer for every small content change.

The website also needed to support different users, including estate agents, investors and the internal team. That meant the build had to work as both a public-facing property listing experience and a controlled admin system behind the scenes.

The work

Webpulse solution

Webpulse built the system around a reusable property listing structure: public property pages on the front end, and a practical admin dashboard behind them.

The system gives GG Investments a clearer way to display property opportunities while allowing the internal team to manage listings in-house. Instead of treating property content as static website copy, the build treats listings as structured data that can be added, updated and removed as the business changes.

That gives the business a stronger foundation for property enquiries, investor interest and future listing workflows without needing to rebuild the website every time the property content changes.

What had to work

The business challenge

  • Build a lightweight property listing system for a real property business.
  • Create a public property listing experience that is clear and easy to browse.
  • Give the internal team admin control over property listings.
  • Support adding, editing and deleting property content through a dashboard.
  • Capture enquiries from buyers, investors and property contacts.
  • Create a reusable foundation that could support more advanced property workflows later.

Delivered

The main parts of the build.

  • Property listing system structure
  • Public property listing pages
  • Admin dashboard access
  • Add, edit and delete property listings
  • Supabase-backed property data
  • Property enquiry capture
  • Estate agent and investor-facing journeys
  • Internal team listing management
  • Mobile-first property browsing
  • Reusable property workflow foundation

User experience

UX and product thinking

The main UX challenge was making the system useful on both sides. Visitors need a clear way to browse properties and make enquiries. The business team needs a practical admin area where listings can be managed without friction.

The public-facing experience focuses on clarity: property information, enquiry routes and a simple browsing journey. The admin experience focuses on control: the ability to manage listing content in-house as the property pipeline changes.

This is where the project becomes more valuable than a normal website. It gives GG Investments a lightweight software layer that can grow with the business and shows how property companies can move from static content into managed listing software.

Outcome

Observable outcome

GG Investments can now create, edit and remove property listings through one controlled admin workflow instead of relying on a developer for routine content changes.

The same structured listing data powers the public browsing experience and the property enquiry route, creating a direct operational link between internal listing management and customer-facing presentation.

This is an operational result rather than a claimed revenue metric: the delivered system reduces content dependency, centralises listing control and provides a reusable foundation for future property workflows.
