Webpulse is building Gold Aurum as a secure SaaS platform for people who want to sell gold through two clear routes: an online quote journey or a selling pack request. The frontend is complete, with backend work in progress around the quote-flow engine, Supabase, Metals API and Royal Mail API.

The problem

Selling gold online needs a high level of trust. Visitors need to understand how the process works, get an estimated price quickly and feel confident before they take the next step.

Gold Aurum needed a platform that could support two selling routes: a fast online estimate journey and a selling pack request. The experience had to make the process feel clear, secure and reassuring, while still leaving room for the backend logic needed behind quotes, pricing and fulfilment.

Webpulse has built the frontend for Gold Aurum and is progressing the backend around the quote flow, data layer and external API integrations. The platform is being shaped as a full SaaS system rather than a simple brochure website.

The customer journey focuses on clarity: users can understand the selling process, request an estimated price and choose whether they want to continue online or use a selling pack route. This gives the platform a more guided experience for a sensitive, high-trust transaction.

UX and design thinking

The main UX challenge is trust. A user selling gold needs clear steps, plain language and reassurance before they share details or continue through a quote journey.

The platform is structured around two simple routes so visitors do not have to decode the process themselves. They can either move through the online estimate route or request a selling pack, depending on how they prefer to proceed.

Because Gold Aurum handles a high-value workflow, the interface needs to feel calm, secure and credible. The design avoids gimmicks and keeps the emphasis on price clarity, process confidence and next-step guidance.

Outcome

Gold Aurum now has a complete frontend direction for a secure gold-selling SaaS platform, with backend work progressing around the quote-flow engine and external API integrations.

The project gives the business a stronger digital foundation for a coming-soon platform that can support fast online estimates, selling pack requests and a more reassuring gold-selling journey.
